Privacy Policy
The basic text, image and handwriting tools process your content in your browser. Optional AI, template submissions, analytics and advertising have separate data practices described below.
The text you paste
Basic card rendering, text images, handwriting pages and text cleanup run on your device. They do not upload your input to our servers. Downloads are saved through your browser. Content you deliberately share in a link can be read by anyone who receives that link.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Plausible to measure visits and tool usage. These services may process page addresses, referrers, IP addresses or approximate regions, browser and device information, cookies and other identifiers. Tool events contain only the tool name, output format and completion status, not your input text. Avoid placing personal information in page query parameters.
Cookies
The site uses cookies or browser storage for preferences and analytics. Some pages display third-party advertisements supplied by Adsterra. Advertising providers may receive your IP address, browser information and page context, and may use cookies, web beacons or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Your browser controls can restrict cookies and clear stored data. Restricting cookies does not necessarily prevent all advertising requests.
Optional AI and template submissions
If you choose an AI feature and configure a provider, the prompt and necessary content are sent to that provider under its own privacy terms. An API key you choose to save is stored in this browser. Templates you deliberately submit for review are sent to our server; approved submissions can become public. Do not include private information in a public template.
Fonts and service providers
The handwriting fonts are served by TextCard. Other font choices in the card editor and in Text to PNG load from Google Fonts, which receives the network request. Google Analytics privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy, Plausible at plausible.io/privacy, and Adsterra at adsterra.com/privacy-policy/. Each provider explains its own data retention and available choices.
Retention and your rights
You can remove local preferences and saved keys by clearing this site's browser storage. For submitted content or other information held by TextCard, email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion. Analytics and advertising providers apply their own retention policies. Include enough information to identify your submission without sending passwords or API keys.
