Use of Services
TextCard.net provides both free and premium AI-powered text card generation tools. While some features are available without registration, advanced functionalities and cloud storage of creations require a user account via Google login.
Users are responsible for the content generated using our tools and must use them in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards. Users must not engage in any activities that may disrupt the functionality of our website or compromise its security.
Prohibited Content
You may not use TextCard.net to create, upload, distribute, or share any content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) in nature
- Contains nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery or text
- Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors in any form
- Contains hate speech, content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Promotes or glorifies terrorism, extremism, or violent radicalization
- Constitutes or facilitates fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive schemes
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademarks
- Contains malware, spam, or malicious code
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
TextCard.net reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or egregiously violate these terms, without prior notice or refund. We may also report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Content Moderation
TextCard.net employs content moderation measures to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove content at our sole discretion. Users who attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems will be subject to immediate account termination.
Subscriptions and Credits
We offer subscription plans (Pro and Max) that provide monthly credit allocations.
- Monthly Credits: Credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of the period unless otherwise stated.
- Payment & Refunds: Payments are handled by third-party processors. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Please check our refund policy for details.
- Fair Use: We reserve the right to limit access if we detect abuse of the automated generation systems or credit manipulation.
Intellectual Property
The content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TextCard.net and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the content generated using our tools, and TextCard.net does not claim any rights to the user's specific generated content. However, we may collect anonymized data to improve our AI models.
Limitation of Liability
TextCard.net is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our tools.
